Directions for use: Shake well before use. Dilute 10 ml of extract in 20 litres of water at a temperature suitable for bathing. Apply bathing water by hand to the body or use a bathing cloth. When finished, dry the body with a towel without rinsing. This product is designed for everyday use and baths are recommended before bedtime. No soap is required. Store in the original packaging with a lid on.

Directions for use: Care of sweaty feet: Apply undiluted extract at a room temperature on your washed and clean feet. Gently massage the skin while applying. We recommend keeping your feet uncovered and warm for at least 1 hour. Rinse with warm water afterwards. For extremely sweaty feet: Apply undiluted extract at a room temperature on your washed and clean feet before bedtime. Put socks on, or wrap your feet in linen or cotton cloth and keep them on overnight. Wash your feet with warm water in the morning. This product is designed for everyday use. Store in the original packaging with a lid on.

Composition: Natural and organic nettle, birch leaf and bud extracts, Melissa essential oil Linalool, Limonene (in the composition of essential oils).
Directions for use: Rub undiluted extract into clean and washed hair ensuring it is wet. Massage for 5-10 minutes making sure entire scalp is coated. Rinse well with warm water afterwards. Rinse coarse, unruly hair with warm water acidified with lemon juice or spray with birch hydrolat before combing.
This extract can be used daily, if needed. Store in the original packaging with a lid on.
