Tea making method:
Infusion: Infusions are made in order to achieve a stronger concentration. Heat 2 tablespoons of herbs and a glass of hot water for 15 min. in a basin with water (put the vessel in boiling water). Leave to cool down for 30 minutes and filter. If needed, dilute the infusion with boiled water before consumption.
